Fun in the mix

The Cream and Fudge Factory offers divinely deadly combinations

Scoop it up Indulge in the craziest blends

“It’s the creamiest ice-cream on earth”, so you have to go with an empty stomach to The Cream and Fudge Factory. It could very well serve as breakfast, lunch or dinner. Established by Global Franchise Architects in Geneva, the ice-cream parlour has opened in the city after Thailand and China.

Their USP is mix-ins – so you could have the craziest or deadliest combinations of ice-creams, flavours and mix-ins like Oreo cookies, marshmallows, m and m, mars bars, gummy bears, walnuts and more. There are 14 varieties of imported mix-ins to choose from.

So for the die-hard chocolate freaks, there are “Chocolate Lovers” – dark chocolate chip, brownie and chocolate fudge, “Oreo Cream and Fudge – Oreo cookie, dark chocolate chip, chocolate fudge or “Chocolate Truffle Sensation” – Ferrero Rocher and hazelnut. So pick out your choc combination and pig out.

For the strawberry lovers, “Strawberry Shortcake” – strawberry pie filling, vanilla sponge cake and caramel fudge , “Orange Chocolate Soufflé” – Mandarin orange, chocolate fudge and mini marshmallow.

For those who want to experiment with pies and puddings, “Apple crumble pie” – bread crumb, apple pie filling, cinnamon powder and caramel fudge.

There are different individual flavours too – green apple can be quite piquant and bubble gum is just without the gummy feel.

When you mix and match, combine all the things that go with chocolate or do things differently for the tongue to tingle, you can watch your ice-cream take shape. It will be split open, and in goes the marshmallows or mars bars and is kneaded like dough. You could have it in cup or cone – both come with crusty, edge-flavoured favours.

And when you take your cup to the high-stool, you realise that the portions are more than generous and you wonder how you’re ever going to finish it. But for the kids, it’s a dream come true – for the never-ending ice-cream is finally here.

So follow the three steps – choose your favourite ice-cream, select you desired mix-ins and watch them mix them on the frozen marble stone. And lick on while you turn into an ice-cream.

The Cream and Fudge Factory is ideally located in Koromangala – No. 368, opposite HDFC Bank, 7th Block, 80 feet road and is open on all days from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
