Dosa with egg topping
If you are tired of regular dosa here is an enhanced dosa for your taste buds.
Ingredients
(for a single dosa)
Regular dosa dough: 1cup
Eggs: 1
Oil: 1tsp
Salt: to taste
Pepper power, karivepaku powder : optional
Method
Beat an egg with a pinch of salt and keep it ready. Heat the non-stick dosa pan, spread dosa dough as done for regular dosa. spread some oil on the edges of dosa . Cover with a lid and keep it on low flame .
When the upper side of the dosa is well steamed, spread the beaten egg evenly on the dosa. Cook the dosa till golden brown on both the sides. Sprinkle pepper and karivepaku powder on it. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
