Shriya says ‘sorry’


A function was recently held to celebrate 200 days of “Sivaji”, where Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi was the chief guest. Shriya, the heroine of the film, came in wearing an off-white short dress that rode up her knees while she sat. When an organisation found her outfit objectionable and provocative, Shriya tendered an unconditional apology. She said, “I would like to apologise profusely if I have inadvertently offended anybody with my attire.”
