AHA celebrates its 10th anniversary with the launch of a book

After ten years of flying high in the sky, Air Hostess Academy celebrated its 10th anniversary with the launch of the book “Winning Strategies, Serving With A Smile”, by Sapna Gupta, Director, AHA. Sapna says, “The book is a text
book or a reference book for those who are willing to carve out a career in the aviation and hospitality sector. It could be an inspiration to those entering this sector, as it encapsulates what I have learnt and experienced over the past 10 years.”
Talking about the the increasing demand in this sector, Sapna said AHA has begun to receive a stream of applications from interested students. “More and more students are entering this sector because of the glamour factor, parents have become more supportive, the media is highlighting the demand and of course the good pay package.”
Member of Parliament, Rajeev Shukla said, “There will be four lakh aviation jobs in the next five years and institutes like AHA will fulfil this need.”
Speaking on the occasion, Minister of Tourism and Culture, Ambika Soni, exhorted the young aspirants to give due importance and cognisance to soft skills besides the acquired professional skills to succeed in their chosen career.
