On a roll

Kalaignar TV is on a roll, having snapped up the television rights of all new Tamil releases. In its attempt to expand its presence across the country, the Kalaignar TV management has embarked on an ambitious plan to launch two additional channels – one for music and the other for news. The music channel, Isai Aruvi, has already commenced its test run and will be commercially launched shortly. It will telecast a mixture of songs from the latest films, specially created music videos and old numbers.
