“Kalakka Povathu Yaaru” on Vijay TV, a trendsetter which changed Tamil television programming, after three successful seasons and introducing many talented artists, is back with a brand new season — “Kalakka Povathu Yaaru 4 – Kalakkal Aarambam”. Over a 1,000 persons took part in the auditions held in towns across Tamil Nadu, out of which 60 have been selected. These participants will make their first appearance in “Kalakka Povathu Yaaru 4 – Kalakkal Aarambam” from January 25 on all Fridays at 10 p.m. The fourth innings of this show has a lot to offer. A big prize - Rs. 5 lakhs - awaits the comedy king who wins the “Kalakka Povathu Yaaru 4” title. The winner will also get a chance to host a popular show on Vijay TV and to act in a feature film. The judges for this season are Uma Riyaz and actor Pandiyarajan. Ramya and Sivakarthikeyan are the hosts for the fourth season.
