New entertainment channel


NDTV Imagine will go on air from 7 p.m. today (January 21). This new Hindi general entertainment channel promises a wide variety of programmes across genres, ranging from light-hearted family soaps and period dramas to music-based shows and glamorous events. The initial line-up includes innovative shows such as “Nachle Ve”, a dance-based show by ace choreographer Saroj Khan, “Dharam Veer”, a period adventure serial, “Say Shaava Shaava”, a song-based entertainer, and, the biggest of them all, “Ramayan”, a brand new series. Grand sets, new star cast and lilting music will be the highlights of “Ramayan”.
