Silver Jubilee


The Silver Jubilee celebrations of the Bank Employees Arts Movement Ernakulam (BEAME) will kick start with the play ‘Melvilasam,’ written and directed by Soorya Krishnamurthy.

The play will be staged at the Kerala Fine Arts Hall, Kochi, on January 23 at 6.30 p.m. Court martial of a jawan who kills his senior officer forms the theme of the play.

A music programme incorporating the songs of S. D. Burman and R. D. Burman and a Carnatic vocal concert by P. Unnikrishnan are the programmes slated for February and March.
