Unusual love story

Ace director P. Vasu’s son Sakthi, who made an impressive debut with “Thottal Poo Malarum”, is back doing a different kind of love story with a catchy title “Mahesh, Saranya, Matrum Palar” (MSMP). The film is directed by newcomer P.V. Ravi, who had formerly been Lingusamy’s assistant. Sandhya plays the heroine. Others in the cast are Keerthi Chawla and Daniel Balaji. The music is by Vidyasagar. According to Ravi, “MSMP is going to be an unusual love story. In all love stories, there is parental opposition but here, the parents support the love affair and the twist in the tale is refreshing.” Shooting for MSMP starts today in Kumbakonam and will later shift to Chennai. The film is slated for a summer release.
