Health programme


FICCI Ladies Organisation will organise Ayur Jagriti, a health and wellness programme on February 23 and 24 (Saturday and Sunday).

The two-day seminar will focus on application and principles of Ayurveda in everyday life. There will be four sessions namely, Prakruti, Vikruti, Dinacharya and Aharavidhi. Lectures, interactive sessions and ayurvedic lunch will also be part of the programme. It will be held from 9.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at GKD Auditorium in GKNM Hospital.

The fee for those registering before February 9 would be Rs. 1,000, and after the date, it would be Rs. 1,500. For details, call 0422-2216857.
