Twist in the tale


The first schedule of the Vinay-Bhavana-Lekha Washington-starrer, “Jeyam Kondaan”, directed by newcomer Kannan, a former associate of Mani Ratnam, is over in Madurai. P.Arjun of Sathya Jyothi Films, the producer, says: “ ‘Jeya m Kondaan’ is shaping up well. It is not a triangular love story as it is made out to be. The film deals with a topical issue into which a love story is woven.” The film has five beautiful songs tuned by Vidyasagar, and director Kannan feels the twist in the tale will be its plus point. “Jeyam Kondaan” is getting ready for a summer release.
