Budgeting is helpful in many ways. From young age one can learn to lead a happy and contented life. A responsible youth can have control over his expenses to plan a decent life. He is free to look at the options available to him from his income and can act in the wisely. The value of money lies not in what it can fetch but what it took to make it.
