The audio release of “Sattrumun Kidaitha Thagaval” was held recently

ON A MUSICAL TRIP At the launch

The audio release of “Sattrumun Kidaitha Thagaval” was held at Savera hotel and the event was filled with personalities from the Tamil film world. On the dais were present the stars of the film, Bharathi, Kannal Kannan and the directo r of the movie, ‘Thakkali’ Srinivasan. There was also Supergood films’ R.B. Choudary and director K.S. Ravikumar. After the customary CD release, R.B. Choudary said that the songs of the film have been produced well.

The music is scored by Bala and all the songs are melodious. In fact, the music is the film’s feel good factor. Among the seven songs the first song ‘Sai Sai Bon Sai’ written by Krithya and sung by Karthik and Madhumitha is the best. The same song is repeated again in the end with only Karthik singing it. Thippu’s ‘Pichavaram’ is a ‘koothu pattu’ and has been rendered well. Harish Ragavendra and Chinmayi have sung ‘Konjum Mozhi’ written by Yuga Bharathi. In this melodious number both have excelled in singing. ‘Rojavanam’ by Krithya, sung by Anuradha Sriram is a sensuous number. ‘Chutti Poove’ is written by Bala and sung by Anuradha Sriram, Mahesh and Balakrishnan and is a sentimental song.
