Cops and gangsters


Mysskin, director of “Chithiram Pesuthadi”, is back with another thriller “Anjathaey”, produced by Nemichand Jabak, who made the hit “Naan Avanillai”. Mysskin is getting into Chennai’s mean street, as “ Anjathaey…” is the story of a cop, an encounter specialist, played by Narain, hunting down gangsters, including Prasanna. Incidentally, this is Prasanna’s first negative role. It also has Vijayalaksmi and new face Ajmal Ameer. Says Narain: “The film is about friendship and love, with some thrilling moments.” The music is by Sundar C. Babu and the highlight is the peppy “Kannadasan Karaikudi” sung by Mysskin himself!
