Miss Teen India
In what is touted as a first, Scooty Miss Teen India 2008, gives teenagers from across the country a chance to take part in the beauty pageant, the winners of which will participate in the Miss Teen International. The Miss Teen International contest
will be held in Chicago in July.

The Miss Teen India is a hunt for young beauties and targeted at girls between the age group of 13 and 18 years. The selection promises to be a fun-affair with a dose of glamour. The contest seeks to find the contemporary teenager who fits a long list of dicey pre-requisites.
The aspirants have to be unmarried and should be 5 feet 6 inches or more in height, according to a press note.
Interested candidates can send their entries till March 5 and register online at http://missteenindia.mtvindia.com. The girls will be selected by talents scouts and the short-listed candidates have to attend the regional rounds in Mumbai and Delhi in early March. The selection process will also involve a 14-day grooming session.
