Beauty of Rumi

Salim Ghouse is in the city with an interesting production



PLAY ON RUMI Salim Ghouse will be performing

Theatre personality Salim Ghouse from Mumbai will be in the city with his production “Troubadour”, an original collage based on the writings of the Sufi poet, Mevlana Jalaludin Rumi. Through this play Ghouse voices the beauty and truth of Rumi’s stories and verse.

Held by The Royal Madras Yacht Club and sponsored by Gatsby the show will be held on February 27 at 8 p.m. The venue for the event is the Crystal Room at the Accord Metropolitan. The proceeds from this show will go towards supporting sailing and related activities. Passes at Rs. 1000 (for the play and dinner) will be available at the Gatsby Raymond shop on Nungambakkam High Road. For further information contact 28331677.
