Murder mystery


Noted Malayalam director Jayaraj is making his debut in Tamil with “Sila Naerangalil”, a murder mystery set in two different eras, the Sixties and the present time. The film marks the launch of Vincent Asokan as hero with Navya Nair, Vineeth, Raghuvaran and Sriman in supporting roles. The film, edited by Sreekar Prasad, carries a “U” certificate. Srikanth Deva’s music is one of the highlights of the film. Vairamuthu has penned the lyrics. Veteran singer P. Suseela has rendered a song with T.M. Soundarajan’s son TMS Balraj. There is also a peppy number by Suchitra. “Sila Naerangalil” is produced by four techies based in the U.S., and distributed by Pyramid Saimira.
