In the auditions, the participants were made to choose a letter, a word and a sentence and speak extempore. Thamizh Kadal Nellai Kannan and Arivumathi were the judges.

From the six zones, over 200 best orators were selected. Thirty finalists will be put to test in story narration, poetry recital and elocution.

Prize money

The winner will be crowned the Best Tamil Orator and get Rs. 5 lakh as prize from Vijay TV.

The show will be aired on Sundays starting March 2, 9 a.m. on Vijay TV.
