Ready to rock?

An international rock fest to be held at Bangalore on March 14

Come March 14, and India will witness the onset of the music season with Rock ’n India festival that will be held in Bangalore. Presented by a youth brand, Royal Challenge (RC), Royal Challenge Rock ‘n India is the first-of-its-kind musi c festival that heralds the beginning of carnival style music entertainment and showcases international and national bands such as Megadeth, Machine Head, Millennium, Pentagram, Junkyard Groove, Mother Jane, Thermal & a Quarter, Prestorika and Casino Blues, all under the same banner.

The show is billed as a music carnival with two innovative stage set-ups (Stage A and Stage B). With this, rock fans will get to enjoy the concert without having to wait till the bands go through their set-up. And all they have to do is turn towards their right or left to view the stages.

Nine bands representing different musical genres will perform on the same grounds in one day. This festival will also have a special centre stage where the air-guitar contests interspersed with artist interviews will be showcased.
