VOICE YOUR VIEWS: TEN MINUTES EXTRA TIME FOR BOARD EXAMINATIONS

Split time

It is a very nice opportunity for students. Basically it has been provided to reduce the student’s tension but, strongly we cannot say that tension will be reduced within this 10 minutes, because it depends upon the students. One of the main reasons for not scoring very high marks is the lack of sufficient time for revising at the end of writing the exam. I suggest the additional time can be split. First five minutes, to read the question paper clearly, that is for understanding and for planning which question should be written first and which is to be written at last. Another five minutes, for revising the answers at the end.

S.Senthil Kumar,

Madurai.
