Splash of soda
Summer is the time to indulge in cool drinks. But if you want to fight that flab and not drinkthe regular cola, check these easy-to-make sugar free Natura drinks with a splash of soda.
Fresh Lime Soda
No. of Servings: 2
Preparation time: 5 min
Ingredients
Lemon: 2
Club soda: 1 3/4 cups
Ice cubes, mint leaves, lime slices
Sugar Free Natura: 6 measures or according to taste
Method
Wash lemon and extract the juice. Strain and stir in the Sugar Free till completely dissolved. Divide the syrup into 2 glasses. Add 2-3 cubes of ice to each glass. Pour the club soda into the glasses. Stir quickly to mix. Serve immediately decorated with lime slices and sprigs of mint.
Ginger Lemon Fizz
No. of servings: 2
Preparation time: 5 min
Ingredients
Ginger, grated: 1/2 tsp
Lime juice: 1 tbsp
Lime rind (grated): 1/4 tsp
Honey: 4 tsp
Club soda: 1/2 cup
Sugar Free: 4 measures, or according to taste
Method
Put the ginger, lime juice, lime rind and honey in a bowl. Pour 1/2 cup boiling water over them and leave to infuse for 20 minutes. Strain and add the Sugar Free. Mix well. Put 2 cubes of ice into a glass and pour in the ginger-lime mixture.
Pour in the club soda. Stir well and serve.
