VisitBritain, Britain’s National Tourism Office has come up with a few key campaigns to encourage Indians to visit Britain.
It has set up an online shop where consumers can log on and buy Britain products in India before they travel.
www.visitbritain.co.in/shop is the website for the online shop where customers can buy a range of travel products and save time and add value for money by pre-purchasing transportation tickets and passes such as the Oyster Card and BritRail passes, entrance tickets to Madame Tussauds, London Eye, musicals and theatre shows.
This year VisitBritain launched Bollywood Britain Movie Map, a guide for Indian travellers to see places where their favourite actors and actresses shot for movies.
