Congratulations to the Tamil Nadu Government and the School Education Minister for allowing 10 minutes extra time for students writing the Board examinations. This is a boon for the students since the examination fever will fade away, after going through the question paper thoroughly. For paucity of time, most of the students commence writing the answer, immediately on receipt of the question paper. Getting extra ten minutes now will mean they can decide and write answers on order of priority. For instance, the tough questions can be left for the last lap. The I.C.S.E Board allows 15 minutes for reading the questions. I hope the CBSE also adheres to the same system. At least now, the Tamil Nadu Government has taken a good decision.
