Applaudable

The move to allow 10 minutes prior to the commencement of examinations to facilitate a quick review of the question paper is wonderful. I sat for my Class XII Board Examinations last year and still recall the terror I felt while opening the question paper. The extra time will help students to acclamatise to the moment. Its a "Hats off" decision.
