The right diet

So you’re going to hit the weights? But then, what about your diet? Reputed trainers suggest going about it in a simple manner.

Eat more whole wheat products and less of rice.

Eliminate fried items from your diet.

Stop eating snacks. Replace them with small plates of salad, oats, egg whites and protein powders.

Switch to skimmed milk and add a couple of pieces of fruit to your meals.

Eat little less at all your meals — cut all foods by one serving. The last meal before going to bed should be the smallest and should have more protein and less carbohydrates.

Keep sugar consumption to minimum.

Do this, and you’ll be well on the way to getting more fit.
