Boom period

It is a capital investment. Existence of private property and the system of inheritance encourage people to work hard, save and invest. Banks are providing loans at cheaper rates of interest to encourage real estate investors. Borrowers pay back loans in easy instalment over a longer period. The development of real estate industry will improve the standard of living. It is a boom period for real estate business. The effects of growing economy is clearly visible. Even RBI has allocated five billion dollars from its forex reserves to build the country’s infrastructure.
