Summer camp

Rhythm will organise a range of activities for children, parents and teachers

Rhythm, an organisation led by experienced educational trainers, is organising a summer camp for children and their parents from April 7 to May 10 at Vyloppilly Samskrithi Bhavan, Nalanda. The camp has an exclusive one-day programme for teachers too.

It would focus on development of leadership qualities, team work, building relationships and coordination skills through fun-filled activities. Camp participants would be taken through a set of activities that would provide enlightenment on life skills.

The activities would be integrated with theatre production, music and dance composition and film production to name a few.

Development of soft skills

The camp would help in developing soft skills, personality development, confidence building and effective communication.

Registration has begun. Last date for registration is April 1. There would be two sessions on weekdays. The forenoon session would be for participants from class two to five and the afternoon session would be for students from class six and above. Students who are awaiting their class ten results could also join the programme. Participation of parents in the two-day Saturday session is mandatory.

Leading personalities in theatre, music and cinema would lead the camp activities.

The workshop for teachers will be held on April 19. Rhythm Camps are led by experts who have more than 23 years of experience working among children in Chennai and Bangalore.

This is for the first time that such a summer camp is being organised in Kerala. contact: 6578844 (O) or 9388420641
