Summer collections

Alzohra Emporium is hosting an exhibition cum sale for saris and dress materials at Hotel Daspalla. Keeping the summer in mind the exhibiters have showcased the latest in cotton to beat the heat. The designs comprise block prints, mirror work and ban dhni. The range varies from saris, dress materials, western and indo-western outfits and salwars.

‘Binaca’ creations

A two-day exhibition cum sale of exclusive chikankari and hand embroidery fabrics by Binaca Creations is being held at Shree Hall in Executive Court from Friday.

In an effort to bring fashion to the masses, Bina Rao of Binaca Creations has showcased the latest in fashion at affordable prices. Being hand embroidered, no two pieces are identical, which adds to its uniqueness.

The items exhibited are exclusive embroidered kota saris, designer dress material with chiffon chunnies, kurtis, skirts, salwars and gents wear in cotton, kota and pure georgette. Pintucks with appliqué works, aari, sequin and resham zardosi works are also put on display. The exhibition also has something for the kids.

The embroidery is done by the women folk of economically backward segment from villages near Lucknow. For further details contact: 9392805032 or 2552549.

Car check-up camp

Hyundai is back with its nation-wide free car check-up camp. The camp will be held at the auto major’s local dealer, Lakshmi Hyundai’s, service centre in the Industrial Estate till April 14. The camp was inaugurated by the former chairman of A.P. Information Technology Services, Koyya Prasada Reddy.
