A workshop will be held in Chennai on April 14 and 15. It will include practical skills and choreography in aerobics, and resistance training.

These sessions will be beneficial for aerobics instructors, fitness centre owners, physiotherapists, and fitness industry aspirants.

The participants of the workshop will get to attend a free seminar on “Career Opportunities in the Fitness Industry”. Besides, participants who successfully complete the AFAA course will also be offered jobs at Oxygen6.
