The best way to burn fat

Cardiovascular exercises such as fast walking, jogging, running, rope jumping, cycling, rowing and swimming burn body fat.

Maximum effect

To achieve maximum fat loss, perform non-stop cardio training for 30-45 minutes on an empty stomach.

Cardio can also be performed at the end of weight training to burn maximum fat.

However, not all persons may have the endurance and strength to perform intense cardio after training hard with weights.

This doesn’t mean cardiovascular training is ineffective when performed during the latter part of the day.

It is just that the fat loss is greater when the blood sugar level is low, such as in the mornings.
