An exclusive blog for women BPO employees

Sitagita.com one of India’s leading women’s websites has launched the first all India online women’s BPO blog in its initiative to help and empower women in BPOs. This will enable women in the call centre and BPO sector to meet, discuss, share and voice their views about the advantages, disadvantages and issues they face in their work sector. The Sigi BPO buzz creates an ideal environment for women who face the dilemmas of handling home and work pressure, health concerns and the demands of achieving targets.
The site has also catered Late nights, Coffee and BPO, a handbook that is a free download. The BPO handbook focuses on the skill sets needed to sail through an interview and even hands out tips on office etiquette.
The site will host a BPO Agony Aunt Column which will allow women to send in their queries and receive advice on everything from career opportunities to corporate growth.
Today, Sitagita will introduce a live chat for women in the BPO segment which will be aired twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.
