What to cook this summer? Here’s what you can. Shore up on your cooking skills with Madhu Wadhwa’s six-day cooking course. You can learn to make cool salads, starters, non-vegetarian specialities, continental preparations, eggless desserts, Chinese and Mexican food. The classes start on April 21 and continue till April 26, between 10 a.m and 1 p.m. Fees is Rs. 600 a day. You could opt for any of the classes. It is eggshell painting! And, you get to try out the most delicate, the funniest or the most complicated designs you want on the shells. Make sure you bring your eggshells with you (empty ones please, we don’t want any messy accidents!) and your colours.
