Down to Earth

National Geographic Channel in partnership with CISCOwill showcase “Africa Extreme”, “Gabon: Triumph of the Wild” and “Planet Mechanics” on World Earth Day (April 22) to make an attempt to save the Earth.

In “Africa Extreme”, Wildlife Conservation Society ecologist Michael Fay sets out to survey the biological richness of an entire forest ecosystem under pressure.

At 7 p.m. explore Gabon, a magical land with creatures that seem almost mythical in Africa. “Planet Mechanics”, at 8 p.m., a new series, will see Dick Strawbridge and Jem Stansfield trying to find solutions to environment problems.
