Vocal concert

A Carnatic vocal concert by Ranjini Varma and a commemorative lecture on Swati Tirunal by Prof. Jayalakshmi Suresh will be the highpoints of the Swati Tirunal Day celebrations organised by the Edappally Sangeetha Sadas at Changampuzha Park, Edappally , on April 21. The lecture will be held at 6.00 p.m. and the concert at 6.30 p.m. Ranjini will be accompanied on the violin by Thirunellur Ajith, on the mirdangam by Thrissur B. Jayaram and on the ghatam by Tripunithura Kannan.

Nangiarkoothu

Nepathya, Centre for Excellence in Koodiyattam, Moozhikulam, will present Krishnaleela Nangiarkoothu by Indu G at the Moozhikulam Temple on April 23 at 7.30 p.m.
