A “Fight Obesity Run” on May 1
|
A fun-filled event will be organised by the Radiant Wellness Centre on May 1 at the Marina Beach between 6.30 a.m. and 8.30 a.m. a — 5-km awareness walk/run called “Fight Obesity Run”. The event is open to all.
People from the film and television fraternity will be taking part. Apart from being a fun event, part of the proceeds will go towards the Spastic Society of Tamil Nadu. Some of these special children and adults will also be taking part.
The registration fee is Rs. 250. Participants can collect a free T-shirt, cap, refreshments and breakfast at the time of registration.
