The best time to work out?

What’s the best time to work out: morning, noon or evening?

Science says that working out at any hour is fine. Some trainers feel that working out in the mornings is better as the body is fresh after having rested for 7-8 hours.

It is also better not to postpone workouts as it may lead to laziness or other commitments from stopping the workout at all, goes the argument. Some trainers say that working out at noon or evening is better as the person would have had a meal or two and be stronger owing to higher glycogen (carbohydrate+water) levels in the muscles.

The bottomline : whether it’s morning or night, make sure you don’t skip your workout.
