Statues are installed to propagate the memory of great leaders, be they political, social, and religious or even of great scholars and artists. It is meant to remind us of the great deeds and inspire us to emulate their teachings. It is important for the younger generation to know the history of our great leaders. But statues should not become a reason for public disturbance.
