BIG Music has partnered with IPL Chennai Super Kings to be their entertainment partners.
As part of it, it will launch a music album in Tamil and Hindi that will comprise the official theme song and victory anthem for the Dhoni-lead team.
The highlight of the album is a special song performed by Dhoni.
The album will be aired on radio, television and the Internet.
The songs focus on celebration and victory, and the music is meant to inspire team spirit and motivate them to bowl over the opponents.
The theme song is a Rap number with lyrics in English and Tamil.
The rhythmic Adi Adi Nethi Adi has been written by Vairamuthu, and the third track is Vetri Kodi Katta Vada. Puyalaaga Vaa is the victory anthem.
Big Music will also launch a Hindi version of the theme song, and will market merchandise such as CDs, music videos, mobile downloads and interactive games.
The CD inlay contains details of a special Magic Ball Contest (a chance to meet cricket stars), Player Profile and Contest Form.
The CDs will be available at all the leading stores, and costs Rs. 99.
