Workout time

For health freaks here’s a bit of information, read on

What’s the best time to work out: morning, noon or evening?

Science says that working out at any hour is fine. However, some trainers feel that working out in the mornings is better. They feels that the body is fresh after having rested for seven to eight hours.

It is also better not to postpone workouts as it may lead to laziness or other commitments from stopping the workout at all, goes the argument.

Some trainers say that working out at noon or evening is better as the person would have had a meal or two.

This gives them greater strength owing to higher glycogen (carbohydrate plus water) levels in the muscles.

Finally, the bottomline is : whether it’s morning or night, make sure that you don’t skip your workout.
