‘Nadan’ food fiesta
Gourmets’ fiesta Ethnic dishes from Kerala
Sapphire, The Ruby Arena, is organising a ‘Naadan Bhakshya Mela.’ The fete promises to be a gourmet’s delight as it brings the best of ethnic dishes from across Kerala.
Heap your plate with some neychoru. Tharavu curry or njandu curry make a great combination with this ghee-flavoured rice. Fluffy appams go well with the Karimeen mappas.
Traditional eats such as sukhiyan, ela ada and kozhukkata are also available. All dishes are available a la carte at economic prices.
Competitions in culinary skills will be held daily as part of the fete.
The festival is open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
