I believe IPL matches are a boon to youngsters as it gives them quick international exposure. Those days are gone where an upcoming player has to wait for a long time to impress national selectors with his performance. The recent matches have brought young talents like Laxman Shukla (Knight Riders) and Manoj Tiwari(Dare Devils) to limelight.
