Punish the guilty

Statues are erected to recognise people and their services to the society. Everybody should know the importance of the person who stands as statue. Antisocial elements will always be there to do unwanted things and create problems. Those who cause damage to the statues must be punished publicly, especially at the venue of the statue. Protection to the statues by fencing is sufficient.
