School admissions on the basis of merit will definitely be welcomed by all. “No donations and capitation fee” should be the motto of good educational institutions that provide a well built infrastructure for the all round development of students. The concept that parents should be educated for the child to get admission is not appropriate either. Schools should have a broad mind to admit not only brilliant students but also average and mediocre students to help them achieve their academic goals and ensure a bright future for them.
