Many doctors and engineers fail to excel in their career for the simple reason that their communication skill or their basic knowledge of science is not adequate. So the society needs communication and science professionals to impart the required skills in engineering and medicine students at the graduation level itself. Academicians in various fields of basic sciences like maths, physics, chemistry, biology and allied sciences like bio-technology, biochemistry, microbiology, computer science, genetics and various arts/language fields are required to train an engineer or doctor. In a developing society, every professional depends on the other.
