CA is the best option for those who wish to contribute to the society and also look for a lucrative profession for themselves. As our former President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam said “Chartered Accountants are partners in nation building. They are the professionals engaged in monitoring, protecting and promoting the economic health of our wealth generating institutions". After Plus Two one can write an objective type entrance examination called CPT (Common Proficiency Test) to enter into CA. After clearing CPT you have to enroll under a practicing Chartered Accountant for Articled training for three and a half years. CA theoretical examination is in two stages. In 15 months you can take the PCC (Professional Competency Course), earlier known as CA Inter. Final examination is given after completing practical training.
