The future is love

Harman Baweja on his film

Harman Baweja

“You had better ask my parents what they did 25 years back,” Harman Baweja, jocularly replied when asked about his resemblance to Hrithik Roshan. Spotted at Allure Lounge of Hotel Le Meridian during the promotional party of Microsoft’s X Box 360 and his upcoming movie, Love Story 2050, Harman presented X Box goodies to the two lucky winners of the X Box 360 Retail Contest.

Making his debut in what is claimed to be India’s most expensive sci-fi movie, Love Story 2050, under the direction of father Harry Baweja, Harman is busy these days in promoting the movie due to be released this week. Playing safe with queries about whether his movie is going to face competition at the box office with Aamir Khan’s home production, Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na, Harman excused himself saying, “You know Indian cinema is totally unpredictable, and you don’t know whether your movie will work or not, so let’s hope for the best.”

Sharing his experience as a newcomer in the industry Harman said, “Anyone who was on the sets was definitely more experienced than me because they had been doing their work for years and that’s why they are here. I am a passionate learner, and that’s the reason I don’t shy away from accepting a piece of advice from anyone, no matter whether he is a spot boy or a director.”

Clarifying doubts about the “off screen chemistry” with his co-star Priyanka Chopra, Harman denied having any such relationships.
