Craft exhibition

The AP Handicrafts Development Corporation is holding an 11-day Lepakshi Handicraft and Handloom Exhibition from July 3 to July 13 at Pushpa Gardens opposite Chaintyapuri bus stop in Dilsukhnagar. The exhibition is open from 10 am to 9 pm. It will be open on Sunday and public holidays too. At least 100 persons from 12 states have been invited. Wooden toys and dolls, hand paintings, brassware, bidriware, wood and stone carvings, ceramics and crochet laces, silver filigree, tribal embroidery, silver jewellery, traditional textiles varieties in saris and dress material, and exclusive saris will be on show.

Old for new

Exchange your old clothes and avail discounts at Shoppers Stop. The store is organising the ‘Salwar Kameez Dupatta Exchange Offer’ (SKD) in association with the Concern India Foundation (CIF). The exchange offer is valid till July 6. In exchange of each old wearable SKD set, a customer will be offered one coupon and each coupon can be utilised for single SKD purchase. A discount of Rs. 333 can be availed on purchases between Rs. 1001 and upto Rs. 2000, a discount of Rs. 555 on new SKD purchases between Rs. 2001 and Rs. 3000, and a discount of Rs. 777 on new SKD purchases above Rs. 3001.
