Mismo Bar and Kitchen at Hotel Janpath set up a Spanish flea market

Mismo Bar and Kitchen at Hotel Janpath in New Delhi’s Connaught Place area recently organised a Spanish flea market. The highlight of the market were things which pamper the ‘self’ in you. It was done to go with the name of the restaurant. In Spanish, Mismo means ‘self’.
So, from airbrush tattoos to sketches, fashion jewellery to items like ‘crazy bags’ to instant photo in Mexican attire complete with colourful ponchos and Mexican sombre (hat), from designer chappals and dresses to wooden mementoes like photo frames, candle stands and trays, there was quite a range of things priced from Rs.150 to 5000.
The menu at Mismo rolled out Mexican delicacies, perfected by Chef Saran Dorairaj, the chef and owner of reportedly the oldest Mexican joint in Singapore. Also, at Mismo, the guests got to relish signature Mediterranean fare made by a team of in-house chefs.
