High expectations

With the Indian hockey team failing to qualify for the Beijing Olympics, we can expect medals in tennis and shooting. It has been 28 years since India won a medal in Hockey at Olympics and the ardent fans in the country have to wait for four more years. Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi have won Grand Slams together and winning a Olympic gold shouldn’t be much of a problem. Also the performance of our shooters in the recent international tournaments have raised the expectations among fans.
