Coconut fry
Ingredients
Coconut: 1
Onion: 1(big)
Curry leaves: 5 (approximately)
Corriander: 1 bunch
Green chillies: 4 to 5
Salt: 1 tsp
Jeera: 1 tsp
Mustard seeds: 1/4 tsp
Dried red chilli: 1
Garlic: 4 flakes
Turmeric: 1 pinch
Oil
Method
Grate the coconut.Take a pan, add oil and heat. Add dried red chilli, mustard, and 1/2 spoon jeera, curry leaves. Add finely chopped onion, green chillies.Add a pinch of turmeric and fry more. Now add grated coconut till the curry becomes dry. Add required amount of salt, crush garlic flakes and jeera and mix well. After two minutes turn off the flame and garnish with coriander.
